These Terms of Use apply to your use of the Seer Migration website. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the website. Separate terms apply to our migration services and are set out in the written service agreement we provide before we act for you.

Content on this website is general information about Australian migration. It is not migration advice for your circumstances, and it may not reflect the latest changes to law or policy. Please don't act, or refrain from acting, based on this website alone. Book a consultation for advice about your situation.
3. No agent–client relationship
Using this website, sending an enquiry, or contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email does not create an agent–client relationship. We act for you only after you have received the OMARA Consumer Guide and we have both signed a written service agreement, as required by the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents.
4. No guarantee of outcome
Decisions on visa, sponsorship, nomination and citizenship applications are made by the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal or another authority. We cannot and do not guarantee any outcome, processing time or result.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free or always available. We may change or remove content at any time without notice.
6. Third-party links and services
The website links to third-party websites, such as Australian Government sites, and embeds third-party services such as Google Maps. We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Always check official sources, such as immi.homeaffairs.gov.au, for current requirements.

Text, design, logos and layout on this website belong to Seer Migration or are used under licence. Photographs are sourced from Unsplash under the Unsplash licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce or republish content without our written permission.
